This intricate meal requires precise coordination and time sensitive execution in the kitchen. For this reason, we ask for your understanding with the following:
- Meal service will start promptly at 6:30. It will not be
possible to re-serve any courses missed due to late arrival.
So be sure to arrive during the appetizer hour from 6:00-6:30!
- Substitutions will not be possible; the chefs cannot
accommodate allergies or other food preferences (vegetarian,
gluten free etc.).
Tickets will be refundable only if a cancellation happens within a week of the event AND we have a waiting list (in other words we can easily fill your spot). If you have to cancel within less than a week of the event, your payment will be considered a donation.
Proceeds from the dinner benefit the Humboldt County Office of Educations Nutrition Programs and Services (HCOE) and the students they serve. HCOE provides a fresh approach to student health that spans the pre-school, classroom, cafeteria, and after school settings. We connect to local farms throughout our programs, bringing Farm to School to life across the school day.
